House in France for Rent - Ideal for Artists, writers and Holidays

We are a Danish couple living in Lyon, where we work with art and cultural projects. Our beautiful 19th-century stone house is located in the medieval village of Blesle in the Auvergne region of central France. When we are not using the house ourselves, we rent it out.
The house is 150 m² and spread over three floors, with both a private courtyard and a large garden.
On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, toilet, and a spacious kitchen–living room with a wood-burning stove. The room includes a dining area and a small reading corner, and opens directly onto the courtyard. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. At the top of the house is a large, high-ceilinged studio with a wood-burning stove. This bright and peaceful space is ideal for working, reading, or creative projects. There is also a mezzanine with another double bed and a desk. The courtyard is a private and enclosed outdoor space, perfect for meals and quiet evenings outside. There is also a small annex that can be used as a workspace or studio. Behind the house lies a large garden with views over the village.
Blesle is a beautifully preserved medieval village and part of “Les Plus Beaux Villages de France”. The village has cafés, restaurants, a grocery shop, a pharmacy, and a weekly market during the summer. The river that runs through the village is suitable for swimming, and the surrounding landscape is excellent for hiking and cycling. The peaceful surroundings make the house especially suitable for artist residencies, working retreats, or simply a relaxing family holiday.
